LEE HICKEY
will share her story “The Murder of Cora Sweet.” She is a local historical author, who last year spoke about her book, "The Girl in the Glass Coffin".
BARBARA WARNER DEAN
will discuss Women of World War II: On the Front Lines and on the Home Front. During World War II, women took on new roles, both in the military and as civilians. Beyond Rosie the River and the Atomic Girls, women made contributions to the war effort.
GENE LONGLEY
will talk about the Longley Brothers in a program titled “A Tale that is Told: The Longley’s". The discussion will include the history of the Longley name, migration to the USA and their local history in Sterling.
JOHN LAMPHERE
will examine the history of the writing of the Declaration of Independence, along with its true intent.
GEORGE IRWIN
will be discussing railroads around sterling. He will point out the fact that if we drew a 20- mile radius around Sterling, we would find six railroads of the past. George will discuss the trains, how they came to the area, and why.
GEORGE COANT
The Town of Volney Historian will present a program titled: The Ghost of Seneca Hill. Seneca Hill is a community that sits between Fulton and Oswego near Minetto. A tragedy that occurred there that may have caused multiple witnesses to see a frightened female apparition running in the vicinity. A myth or the truth? Come to find out for yourself

The Town of Sterling Historian will present a program on motivations, Sterling, and the Revolutionary War: What Would It Take for You to Disown Your Mother?
